INZA Group kept up to conduct continuous education. The two-day project management workshop was a unique opportunity for participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of both the soft skills and tools necessary for successful project management.
The first day allowed participants to develop communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, while the second day focused on the use of project management software and techniques.
