Last weekend, INZA Group organized a traditional gathering of employees and business partners. Team building in nature, along with rafting on the Drina and Tara rivers, was a real opportunity for cooperation and strengthening interpersonal relations. The INZA team from three regional centers, Sarajevo, Belgrade and Podgorica, once again proved that cooperation between teams is better if team spirit and motivation increase, along with adventurous socializing. Teamwork in nature is relaxing, has a positive effect on interpersonal relationships and contributes to increased efficiency.
