Let us remind ourselves that the mark of EA MLA and ILAC-MRA signatory on certificates and reports issued by accredited conformity assessment bodies (Test laboratories) is a kind of “passport for trade”. Thanks to this agreement, there is no need to re-examine the product or service in every country where the product or service is imported and sold. Therefore, after the tests have been performed and the documentation issued by the Testing Laboratory, clients can market their products on the EU market and the whole world, i.e. to countries that are signatories to EA MLA and ILAC-MRA agreements. EA MLA and ILAC-MRA provide a framework to achieve the goal of “Accredited Once, Accepted Everywhere”. This is a significant contribution to the free movement of goods and services in Europe and around the world, and we believe that our clients are already using all the advantages of this agreement.
