INZA is the only one in Bosnia and Herzegovina, when implementing an integrated system of fire protection, occupational safety and environmental protection, that uses a fully digitalized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for monitoring documentation and customer relations implemented by a specialized team of engineers and certified technicians and service technicians. in the regions: Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Mostar, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis in the Republic of Serbia, which creates electronic reports in the field and via GPRS support immediately send them to a single database, from where after processing are sent to the client within 24 hours and stored in an electronic archive. Based on the testing, INZA issues, in accordance with the Law, reports on the testing of the use permit for the use of tools, industrial plants and technical acceptance of buildings. The CRM support system was created in order to efficiently respond to the requirements of network clients. Testing the functionality of active and passive fire protection systems, means of work, installations and equipment, is carried out in accordance with the Laws on Fire Protection and Occupational Safety.

  6. Installation of video surveillance and burglary systems;
  7. Testing of electrical installations and measurement of transient resistance;
  8. Testing of earthing resistance and lightning protection installation;
  9. Installation of panic lighting and light signaling systems;
  10. Testing of stable fire extinguishing systems;
  11. Examination of microclimatic conditions (noise, light and temperature) in winter and summer;
  12. Measurement of dust and harmful effects on the environment;
  13. Thermal imaging and video inspection.
